Praise & Complaints

If you have cause to praise or register a complaint about the service received at either of our practices, please contact the practice manager, Luan Stewart (contact details below).

If your praise or complaint is received verbally, you will usually be responded to informally via phone or letter.

If your contact is written, then this will be dealt with as a formal praise/complaint and we will acknowledge receipt within 3 working days. We always aim to come back to you with our written response within 10 working days of receiving your letter.
